Here are three things a hot tub can do for the entire family.
A St. Louis Hot Tub Can Make Life More Fun
Just having a hot tub steps away from the back door will make life more enjoyable. Having a hot tub in the yard gives people something to look forward to and makes them feel good even when they are still at work or school. Once home, it is an enjoyable way to relax and read a book, listen to music and enjoy the outdoors.
Hot tubs can bring families together, and get them out of the house, away from electronic gadgets that separate them. Hot tubs make the ultimate party spot too, and family members will love having friends over, and spending time together.
A Portable Spa in the Yard Can Ease Away Tension and Stress
Soak away the cares and worries of the day as well as the tension and stress from dealing with work, school and home pressures. A few minutes in the hot tub can work wonders for people of all ages and keep them safer from the dangers of stress related illnesses. Soaking in a hot tub is not only great for physical and mental stress, it’s an awesome way to feel emotionally more centered.
The heat and massage from a hot tub helps the body relax and release dopamine for an over-all feeling of well-being. According to the National Sleep Foundation, people who soak in the hot, soothing water of hot tubs also sleep better. That’s because soaking for just a few minutes an hour or two before bed gives the body a chance to reset its thermostat and relax.
Hot Tubs Can Soothe Aches and Pains
Regular soaking in a hot tub will help people who suffer from chronic joint pain from diseases such as arthritis and fibromyalgia get much sought after relief. The warm water and powerful massage jets are great for every day aches and pains as well as sports injuries too.
Soaking in a hot tub helps people improve flexibility while also increasing blood flow, bringing oxygen rich nutrients to tired muscles and injured areas. Those same properties make hot tubs great for overall health and outer beauty as well. By bringing blood flow to the surface, it helps skin rejuvenate faster, and the deep penetration of the heat and water draws out toxins from the skin to keep it supple and beautiful.

About St. Louis
Source:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Louis
St. Louis (/seɪnt ˈluːɪs/)[10][11][12] is a major independent city[13] and inland port in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is situated along the western bank of the Mississippi River, which marks Missouri’s border with Illinois. The Missouri River merges with the Mississippi River just north of the city. These two rivers combined form the fourth longest river system in the world. The city had an estimated 2018 population of 302,838[14] and is the cultural and economic center of the St. Louis metropolitan area (home to nearly 3,000,000 people), which is the largest metropolitan area in Missouri, and the 20th-largest in the United States.
Before European settlement, the area was a regional center of Native American Mississippian culture. The city of St. Louis was founded in 1764 by French fur traders Pierre Laclède and Auguste Chouteau, and named after Louis IX of France. In 1764, following France’s defeat in the Seven Years’ War, the area was ceded to Spain and retroceded back to France in 1800. In 1803, the United States acquired the territory as part of the Louisiana Purchase.[15] During the 19th century, St. Louis became a major port on the Mississippi River; at the time of the 1870, Census it was the fourth-largest city in the country. It separated from St. Louis County in 1877, becoming an independent city and limiting its own political boundaries. In 1904, it hosted the Louisiana Purchase Exposition and the Summer Olympics.
The economy of metropolitan St. Louis relies on service, manufacturing, trade, transportation of goods, and tourism. Its metro area is home to major corporations, including Anheuser-Busch, Express Scripts, Centene, Boeing Defense, Emerson, Energizer, Panera, Enterprise, Peabody Energy, Ameren, Post Holdings, Monsanto, Edward Jones, Go Jet, Purina, Olin Corporation and Sigma-Aldrich. Nine of the ten Fortune 500 companies based in Missouri are located within the St. Louis metropolitan area. The city has also become known for its growing medical, pharmaceutical, and research presence due to institutions such as Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis University, and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. St. Louis has two professional sports teams: the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball and the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League. One of the city’s iconic sights is the 630-foot (192 m) tall Gateway Arch in the downtown area.
